<br />Task 2.2 Convene public workshops to solicit comment on draft Land Development Code. <br /> <br />A. Following release of the public review draft of the Land Development Code, <br />convene formal public workshops to present the various elements of the new <br />Code and to solicit public input and commentary in advance of formal public <br />hearings. <br /> <br />[two meetings] <br /> <br />Task 2.3 Revise public review draft of Land Development Code based upon input at the <br />public workshops. <br /> <br />A. Based upon comments at the public workshops and upon direction from the City <br />Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council, prepare the recommended <br />final draft of the Land Development Code incorporating appropriate revisions. <br />(The product of this task will be a "final" draft Land Development Code suitable <br />for presentation prior to the public hearing as required by State law.) <br /> <br />[three meetings] <br /> <br />Task 2.4 Present Land Development Code draft at public hearings. <br /> <br />A. Present the draft Land Development Code at a scheduled public hearing before <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />B. Present the draft Land Development Code at a scheduled public hearing before <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />[two meetings] <br /> <br />Task 2.5 Final revisions to Land Development Code. <br /> <br />A. Based upon testimony at the public hearings and upon direction from the City's <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council, prepare and present to City <br />Council any revisions to the Land Development Code as are deemed necessary <br />for final adoption. (A "camera ready" document, as approved by the City <br />Council, will be delivered to the City. The Code will also be delivered in an <br />electronic format suitable for use by the City.) <br /> <br />[two meetings] <br /> <br />TASK 3.0 -- INTERACTIVE CODE PUBLICATION <br /> <br />A. The Consultants will develop interactive "links" on the City's web page that <br />includes the Code, zoning map and appropriate development applications. <br /> <br />B. This task will allow applicants to review Land Development Code sections, the <br />
