No speakers signed up <br />to speak during the Citizen Comment Period. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Staff Report. Mr. O'Leary stated he did not <br />have a staff report for this meeting. <br /> <br />~-~ <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the City Council's Report. 1) Mayor Narvaiz <br />welcomed everyone back from the Holidays. She stated she looks forward to <br />working with the new Council Meeting day, time and the agenda changes. 2) <br />Mayor Narvaiz stated the Lions Club is hosting a Harlem Ambassadors <br />exhibition basketball game. She stated the Harlem Ambassadors will be <br />playing representatives from the City and County on January 19, 2005, at <br />the San Marcos High School. 3) Mayor Narvaiz stated local businesses are <br />hosting a Red Cross fundraiser to benefit the Tsunami victims. She stated <br />cobblers will be sold at the River Pub Restaurant during January, with <br />100% of the proceeds benefiting the Red Cross. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the <br />Special Meeting held December 13, 2004, approval of minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting held December 13, 2004, approval of one Ordinance on second <br />reading, adoption of one Ordinance on third and final reading, and <br />adoption of ten Resolutions, on consensus.
