Engmeer wIll not, except as part of AdditIonal ServIces, undertake comprehensIve and detaIled mvestIgatIOn or analysIs of claIms and dIsputes, or partIcIpate m JudIcIal or alternatIve dIspute resolutIOn procedures for the claIms or dIsputes. 1 15.29 NotIfy the City and the Contractor If the Engmeer observes that any notIces and SIgnS reqUIred or provIded by the CIty are not posted m the appropnate locatIOns at the Project sIte by the Contractor 1 15 30 ASSISt the CIty WIth mspectIOns at substantIal and final completIOn m accordance with the constructIOn contract documents. The Engmeer wIll conduct final mspectIOns with the City, and prepare up to two separate punch lIsts of Items requmng completIOn or correctIOn pnor to final acceptance by the City The Engmeer will make recommendatIOns to the CIty regardmg acceptance of the work based upon the results of the final mspectIOn. The Engmeer wIll aSSIst the CIty m Issumg documents for substantIal completIOn and acceptance of the work, adVIse the City on payment and any requested partIal release of the Contractor's retamed compensatIOn, aSSIst the City m Issumg documents for final completIOn and acceptance of the Project, and adVIse the CIty on final payment, release of retentIOn, and release of msurance and bonds. 1 1532 Coordmate WIth the Contractor for the submIssIOn of reqUIred manuals prOVIded by eqUIpment supplIers for operatIon and mamtenance and for trammg of the CIty staff. 1 15.33 Coordmate WIth the Contractor for the submIssIOn of reqUIred warrantIes, guarantees, lIen releases and other sImIlar documents as reqUIred by the constructIOn contract.
