I I I progress of work. 1 65 Head the ProJect team and coordmate the mtegratIOn of desIgn, surveYing, nght of way Issues, traffic control, utIlIty Engmeenng, ADA complIance, permlttmg, and other servIces as prevIOusly approved. 1 66 ASSISt the City m the preparatIOn of constructIOn contract documents usmg forms supplIed by the CIty, based on the approved deSIgn development documents and any further adJustments authonzed by the CIty m the scope, qualIty or budget of the ProJect. These contract documents wIll mclude detailed plans and techmcal speCIficatIons reqUIred for the ProJect to be accurately bId and effiCIently constructed. 1 67 Use ItS best professIOnal Judgment to create documents that comply WIth applIcable constructIOn and development codes, local regulatIons and ordmances and other federal and state regulatIOns WhICh are known or WhICh should reasonably be known to the Consultant mcludmg those reqUIred under the ADA and ArtIcle 9102, V.A.C S , ArchItectural Bamers Act. The Consultant WIll be responsible for the submIssIOn of all plans and specIficatIons for the constructIon of thIS ProJect to the Texas Department of LIcensmg and RegulatIOn for reVIew and approval pnor to the tIme constructIOn IS set to begm m conformance WIth the ArchItectural Bamers Act. The costs assocIated WIth the submIssIOn of plans for reVIew under the ArchItectural Bamers Act WIll be paId by the CIty 1 6 8 ASSISt the City m the coordmatIOn of the ProJect WIth the Texas Department of Llcensmg and RegulatIon, mcludmg one vanance request submIttal If necessary, and final mspectIOn. 1 6 9 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced m whole or m part under thIS Agreement WIll be the subJect of an applIcatIon for copynght by or on behalf of the Consultant. 1 6 10 Coordmate WIth the City for a ten day call to confirm the prevaIlmg wage declSlon Issued by HUD The CIty WIll provIde wage rates when requested. 1 6 11 Obtam approval from the appropnate CIty mspectors of all technIcal plans and specIficatIOns necessary for successful completIon of the ProJect pnor to allowmg the constructIOn contract to be let for bId. 1612 Be responsible for the pnntmg and bmdmg of 10 sets of bId documents at no addItIonal cost to the CIty 1 7 TASK 6 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION The ConstructIon phase of thIS ProJect wIll commence WIth the award of the constructIOn contract and WIll termmate when the ProJect IS accepted by the CIty The Consultant WIll 5
