(Example Mernman Cabm) <br /> <br />Monument means an object whose purpose IS to commemorate a person(s), place(s), or <br />event(s) (Example Veterans Memonal) <br /> <br />PART 3. Applications for Placement. Any CItIzen, CIty official or employee, or group <br />may submIt an applIcatIOn for placement of permanent art or temporary art or a monument or <br />structure on CIty property ApphcatIOns must be submItted on forms provided by the City, and <br />must mclude or be accompamed by the following: <br /> <br />A. A VIsual depIctIOn or model of the art, monument, or structure. <br /> <br />B A statement notmg the appropnateness of the proposed art, monument, or structure to <br />be placed on City property <br /> <br />C An estImate of the cost reqUIred to place the art, monument, or structure on CIty <br />property, and the portIOn of the cost to be borne by the CIty <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />D A descnption of the art, monument, or structure mcludmg the estImated size and <br /> <br />value. <br /> <br />E. A descnptIOn and lIst of matenals to be used m placmg the art, monument or structure <br />on CIty property <br /> <br />F A statement notmg the role proposed for the CIty m the on-gomg mamtenance (repaIrs, <br />utIlItIes, etc ) of the art, monument, or structure <br /> <br />G Any condItions assocIated WIth the proposed placement. <br /> <br />H. For an applIcatIOn for placmg a structure on CIty property, a narratIve that addresses <br />operatIOn and use Issues. <br /> <br />PART 4. Review of Applications for Placement of Permanent Art. A.
