Lantz dated April 24, 1995 and recorded in Volume 1143, Page 704 of the Hays County Official Public Records, pass at 609.62 feet a ~" iron rod found for the north corner of the Lantz, Inc. 11.69 acre tract and east corner of the Donna Lantz 2.00 acre tract; THENCE leaving the Lantz 2.00 acre tract with the common northwest line of the Hughson Meat Co. 56.70 acre tract One and southeast line of the Guenther 691.54 acre tract, as fenced and used, N 460 09' 05" E 1482.21 feet to a ~" iron rod set in a corner post hole for the north corner of the Hughson 56.70 acre tract One and west corner of that tract described as 39 acres in a deed from Kaylar Ann Redix, Independent Executrix to Kaylar Ann Redix dated October 24, 1985 and recorded in Volume 560, Page 342 of the Hays County Real Property Records; THENCE leaving the Guenther 691.54 acre tract with the common northeast line of the Hughson Meat Co. 56.70 acre tract One and southwest line of the Redix 39 acre tract, as fenced and used, the following three courses: 1. Owen et ux dated August 27, 1919 and recorded in Volume 75, Page 319 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Redix 39 acre tract and the Nicosia 12.36 acre tract with the common southeast line of the Hughson 56.70 acre tract One and northwest line of the Owen 10 acre First Tract and its projection, as fenced and used, S 450 19' 43" W 1026.69 feet to a railroad tie fence corner post for angle point in the southeast line of the Hughson 56.70 acre tract One, the north corner of Lot lA, Wyatt Addition as recorded in Volume 8, Page 163 of the Hays County Plat Records and that tract described as 19.43 acres in a deed from William H.
