The rule states that inter-local
agreements must identify the responsibilities of all parties and provide
for the reporting of performance measures. Individual county budgets
need to be specific to: personnel, travel, street sign replacement, and
capital replacement.

Use of addressing computers for other purposes

Reference: Staff policy

Source:

Policy:

9 2.05
Subject:

June 22, 1998 letter to regional council

With regard to the permission to incorporate miscellaneous county data
onto computers funded through county level addressing projects, the
policy of ACSEC has been that the addressing project should take
priority and should not be degraded in any way as a result of any other
programs or data that might be integrated into the addressing computer.
If the computer equipment or data are destroyed or degraded, the local
government may be held responsible for replacing the equipment and/or
data.

ACSEC Strategic Plan priorities regarding addressing maintenance

Reference: ACSEC letter

Source:

Policy:

June 1 t 1998 letter to State Representative

Addressing Maintenance is a level II cost and is to be funded
subsequent to all system costs for 9-1-1. The goal of the ACSEC is to
provide for basic 9-1-1 service through its funding priorities. Street signs
are included as a part of Addressing Maintenance, but ultimately funds
allocated to this activity will be dependent upon availability.

ACSEC Policies and Procedures
February 1999

Page 11
