This is applicable to ail regional <br />council's administrative budgets. Funding for additional memberships <br />through county training budgets, or any other strategic plan component <br />is not acceptable. In <br />addition, all in-region and out-af-region travel must operate within state <br />guidelines except where justifiCation is provided.
