The location of all existing and proposed roads with a right -of -way of 60 <br />feet or more. <br />b. Land use categories using the same categories as shown on the master <br />plan's future land use plan. <br />C. School sites, fire stations, recreational buildings. <br />d. Parks and the parks' uses. <br />e. The number of residential units for each residential land use category. <br />f. The number of units per acre for each residential land use category. <br />g. The acreage of each land use. <br />(5) Environmental impact statement. A description of how the proposed land use plan <br />relates to: <br />a. The environmental constraints in the utility district; and <br />b. The master plan's natural and cultural resources and land use section <br />
