A description of the number of average daily trips (ADT) that will be <br />generated and/or attracted to the utility district and a delineation on a map <br />of that ADT in the existing roadway system within one mile of the utility <br />district. <br />b. A statement and justification, including calculations, as to whether the <br />existing roadway system within the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction <br />has the capacity to carry the utility district's ADT or not. <br />C. A description of the utility district's transportation plan and its ADT <br />transportation impact as they relate to the master plan's transportation <br />goals, objectives and policies. <br />(7) Proposed utility service maps showing all water and wastewater facilities and <br />lines of six inches or larger. <br />(8) Drainage maps showing preconstruction and post construction runoff rates and <br />proposed detention and filtration pond sizings and locations. <br />(9) The capacity calculations for sizing the facilities and a comparison of service <br />levels to TCEQ utility requirements for supply, storage and treatment <br />(109) Proposed consent ordinance. <br />(118) Proposed consent agreement. <br />(124-) Proposed utility agreement if contract bonds with the city for city services are <br />sought by the utility district. <br />(132) Proposed construction participation agreements for any facilities the utility district <br />plans to construct or use in participation with any other utility district or entity. <br />(143) Proposed solid waste management plan. <br />(154) Proposed future utility district annexations or future service areas outside of the <br />initial utility district boundaries. <br />
