<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1 13 Liquidated damages means damages agreed to by the PartIes m thIS Agreement m a <br />CIrcumstance m whIch the damaged Party's actual damages would be dIfficult or Impossible to <br />ascertam. <br /> <br />1 14 Make-Ready Work means all work on a LIcensor's FacIlIties determmed by the Licensor to <br />be reqUIred to accommodate a LIcensee's Attachments, or to comply wIth all of the ApplIcable <br />Standards. Make-Ready Work mcludes, but IS not lImIted to, rearrangement or transfer of <br />eXIstmg Attachments, mspectIOns, engineenng work, permIttmg work, tree tnmmmg, and the <br />mstallatIOn, upgrade, strengthenmg, or replacement of Poles. <br /> <br />1 15 Other Licensee means a person or entity other than the CIty or CenturyTel With wmch eIther <br />the CIty or CenturyTel has executed a lIcense agreement to allow the Other LIcensee to place ItS <br />Attachments on Poles owned or controlled by the CIty or CenturyTel. <br /> <br />1 16 Permit means a wrItten authonzatIOn of a Party, as LIcensor, for the other Party, as <br />LIcensee, to make, or mamtam, Attachments to speCIfic Poles of the LIcensor <br /> <br />I 17 Pole means a Party's pole that IS capable of supportmg Attachments. <br /> <br />1 18 Pre-Permit Survey means work performed by or for a Party as LIcensor to determme the <br />Make-Ready Work necessary to accommodate the Attachments of the other Party, as LIcensee, <br />on a Pole. ThIS work mcludes, but IS not lImIted to, field mspectIon, loadmg calculatIOns, faCIlIty <br />deSIgn, and admInIstrative processmg. <br /> <br />1 19 Reserved Space means space on a CIty Pole that the CIty has reserved for <br /> <br />A. the CIty'S current or planned future electnc utilIty servIce, mcludmg any plan for <br />movmg the neutral as part of convertmg phases, or <br /> <br />B the future attachment of CIty commumcatIOns facilities. <br /> <br />Areas of Reserved Space are defined m the Techmcal SpeCIficatIOns or speCIfied m PermIts. <br /> <br />1.20 Riser means metallIc or plastic encasement matenals placed vertIcally on a Pole to gUIde <br />and protect Attachments. <br /> <br />1.21 Tag means to place distmct markers on WIres, cables and equipment, coded by color or <br />other means speCIfied by a Party, as LIcensor, that readIly Identify the type of Attachment and Its <br />owner <br /> <br />1.22 Technical Specifications means the techmcal speCIficatIOns for Attachments promulgated <br />by a Party, as LIcensor <br /> <br />1.23 Telecommunications Service means a servIce offenng or provIdmg transmIssIOn of VOice, <br />VIdeo or data mformatIOn between or among pomts speCIfied by the user of the servIce, <br /> <br />3 <br />
