The Engmeer wIll prepare detailed applIcatIOns and supportmg documents for government grants or loans, or envIronmental and/or archeologIcal surveys as an AddItIonal ServIce, If reqUIred. 1 3 11 SubmIt plans, specIficatIons, and contract documents to the applIcable federal and state agency(s) for approval, as reqUIred. 1.3 12 FurnIsh such mformatIon necessary to utIlIty compallles whose faCIlItIes may be affected or servIces may be requued for the ProJect. 1 3 13 Conduct QualIty Control ("QC") workshops m the Engmeer's Austm office utIlIzmg selllor staff members WIth expenence acceptable to the CIty and Operator QC workshops wIll be held at approxImately 30 and 80 percent complete mIlestones for the deSIgn of the ProJect. ProvIde SIX (6) copIes each of pertment documents to CIty and Operator five (5) days pnor to each meetmg. 1 3 14 PartICIpate m two meetmgs dunng detaIled deSIgn WIth CIty and Operator at CIty offices. 1 3 15 FurnIsh CIty and Operator SIX (6) sets of copIes of final reVIew plans, speCIficatIons, and bId documents for final approval by the City Upon final approval by the CIty, the Engmeer wIll proVIde the CIty one set of full SIze "Fmal" drawmgs (D-sIze, 24" X 36") of the ProJect for CIty to reproduce 1.4 PHASE 3 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION The ConstructIOn phase of thIS ProJect wIll commence WIth the award of the constructIon contract and wIll termmate when the ProJect IS accepted by the CIty The Engmeer WIll BIddmg 1 4 1 ASSISt the City m the dIstributIOn of the bId documents to prospectIve bIdders and to plan rooms and the Issuance of addenda (If any) followmg City's pnor approval. 1 4.2 ASSISt the CIty m obtammg bIds, tabulatmg bIds, prepanng bId tabulatIOn forms, and m awardmg the contract for constructIon followmg the CIty's approval of the constructIon contract documents and of the latest detailed final cost estImate of the ProJect.
