District to 'IMF-12" Multiple - Family Residential District: and including procedural <br />provisions, and consider approval of Ordinance 2011 -63. <br />Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on <br />this request. <br />Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately <br />7:56p.m. <br />Chris Carson, no address available, provided additional details on the project. He stated that the <br />goal was not to increase the density and that the project would be conjoining with an existing <br />MF -12 zoned tract. <br />There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:58 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Prather and a second by Council Member <br />Scott the City Council voted (6) for and (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2011 -63, as <br />previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />21. Receive a Staff Presentation and -hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or <br />against Ordinance 2011 -64 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a <br />2.42 acre, more or less, tract of land located at 120 Warden Lane from "MU" Mixed Use <br />District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use <br />District: approving Planned Development District Standards for the Thorpe Lane Lofts <br />Planned Development District: includine procedural provisions; and providing for <br />penalties: and consider approval of <br />Ordinance 2011 -64. <br />Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on <br />this request. <br />Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 8:04 <br />p.m. <br />There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:04 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member <br />Prather the City Council voted (6) for and (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2011 -64, as <br />previously captioned, The motion carried unanimously. <br />22. Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearine to receive comments for or <br />against Ordinance 2011 -65 approvine an amendment to the Future Land Use May from <br />"LDR" Low De, si y Residential to "MU" Mixed Use for 0.23 acres, more or less, of land <br />out of the Lindsey and Harvey Addition located at 531 West Hopkins Street: amendlne the <br />Official Zonine Map of the City by rezoning said tract from "SF -4.5" Single - Family <br />
