He stated that the <br />goal was not to increase the density and that the project would be conjoining with an existing <br />MF -12 zoned tract. <br />There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:58 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Prather and a second by Council Member <br />Scott the City Council voted (6) for and (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2011 -63, as <br />previously captioned.
