b) Test Hole Data Sheets & Electronic CD MicroStation format <br />C) Two (2) executed copies of Utility Adjustment/Relocation Agreement Assembly <br />Packages <br />d) Master Utility Contact List <br />e) Utility Tracking Report <br />1.4 TASK 4 — ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE AND PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT <br />The Engineer has prepared an additive scope and fee structure for varying environmental <br />document types that may be required for the Project, depending on the level of improvements <br />and potential environmental impacts. For the purposes of defining scope of services, Tasks <br />1.4A.1 through 1.4A.7 will be the scope required to prepare a Programmatic Categorical <br />Exclusion. Tasks 1.413.1 through 1.4B.2 will be the scope required (in addition to scope items <br />listed in Tasks 1.4A.1 through Tasks 1.4A.7) to prepare an Added Capacity Categorical <br />Exclusion. Tasks I AC.1 through 1.4C.3 will be the scope required (in addition to scope items <br />listed in Tasks 1.4A.1 through 1.4A.7 and 1.413.1 through 1.413.2) to prepare an Environmental <br />Assessment. <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.4A.1 Define Purpose and Need for the Project. Information for the Purpose and Need for the <br />Project and Project section of the Environmental Document will be developed by the Engineer <br />and will be coordinated and approved by the City and TxDOT Austin District. <br />1.4A.2 Perform background Environmental Review Document Determination <br />Depending on the degree of impact to environmental resources, different types of environmental <br />review documents could be deemed appropriate for the Project. <br />a) In general, provided there is an absence of substantial environmental issues, and the <br />project meets the criteria listed on the Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) ENV <br />checklist, either a PCE or an Added Capacity PCE could be prepared; <br />b) If the proposed project does not meet the requirements of a PCE based on the ENV <br />checklist, a Categorical Exclusion (CE) document could be prepared; <br />c) If the proposed project has the potential for substantial environmental impacts or public <br />controversy, an Environmental Assessment document may be required. <br />d) This scope of work addresses the different document preparation, review and <br />coordination requirements, and public involvement requirements for the various <br />document types. <br />e) The initial identification of environmental considerations and field investigations will be <br />undertaken regardless of the type of Environmental Review Document that is prepared. <br />f) Preliminarily, agency coordination is expected to be required for cultural resources, <br />biological resources, and water resources. <br />g) The Environmental Review Document shall be in accordance with the National <br />Environmental Policy Act and the latest version of the TxDOT Environmental Manual <br />and applicable Standards of Uniformity. <br />Kimley -Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />7 <br />
