Prepare a Plan- Profile sheet for the San Antonio Street Re- alignment to Hunter Road. <br />1.8.5 Prepare intersection grading and details sheets detailing intersection modifications at <br />Bishop Street, Olive Street, Pitt Street, San Antonio Street, and Dixon Street associated with the <br />reconstruction of Hunter Road. <br />1.8.6 Develop driveway modification details for approximately 48 driveways. <br />1.8.7 Prepare final proposed grading cross sections at a spacing no less than 50 feet and at <br />driveways, cross drainage structures, utility crossings, and intersections. <br />1.8.8 Prepare retaining wall plan - profile sheets establishing the horizontal and vertical <br />geometrics for Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls at each corner of the proposed <br />Purgatory Creek bridge. <br />1.8.9 Prepare Temporary Traffic Control Plans <br />a) Develop a Sequence of Work and General Traffic Control Notes for construction <br />b) Prepare traffic control plans for a multiple -phase traffic control sequence <br />identifying lane geometry channelizing devices, construction zones, and buffers. <br />c) Design traffic control to maintain two lanes in each direction where possible <br />incorporating the use of temporary pavement where applicable. Develop a signed <br />detour route for traffic between Bishop Street and Dixon Street. <br />d) Prepare traffic control typical sections for each construction phase. <br />1.8. 10 Calculate quantities and prepare Item Summaries Sheets tabulating project quantities. <br />1.8.11 Incorporate TxDOT and City standard details as applicable. <br />1.8.12 Coordinate roadway design with San Marcos Electric Utility consultant M &S Engineers' <br />design for electric utility relocation design. Coordinate, review, and include design plans and <br />specifications from M &S Engineers for electric utility upgrades with final construction <br />documents for Hunter Road. <br />1.8.13 Prepare General Notes, a Construction Timeline Estimate, and Right -of -Way, Utility, and <br />Encroachment Certifications in accordance with TxDOT Austin District guidelines and <br />requirements. <br />1.8.14 Prepare an opinion of probable construction costs (OPCC) at each milestone deliverable. <br />1.8.15 Prepare project specifications in accordance with TxDOT's Local Government Project <br />Procedures. Compile a specifications list utilizing the TxDOT Standard Specifications for the <br />Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges (2004), land develop and/or <br />include any special specifications or provisions into the bid documents.
