1.8.16 The Engineer will prepare the following deliverables during Final Design: <br />a) Ten (10) bond copies and one (1) electronic copy of 30% plans and OPCC in <br />11 W7 format <br />b) Ten (10) bond copies and one (1) electronic copy of 60% plans and OPCC in <br />11x17 format <br />C) Ten (10) bond copies and one (1) electronic copy of 95% plans in 11x17 format, <br />preliminary general notes, construction timeline, certifications, specifications, and <br />OPCC <br />d) One (1) set of mylars, seven (7) bond copies (one (1) for TDLR review), and one <br />(1) electronic copy of final plans, general notes, construction timeline, <br />certifications, specifications, and OPCC. <br />e) One (1) DVD of final CADD drawings in Microstation V8 format. <br />1.9 TASK 9 — FINAL DRAINAGE DESIGN <br />1.9.1 Prepare final bridge, channel, and culvert hydrology & hydraulics <br />a) Bridge Hydraulics: prepare appropriate bridge and channel plans for interim <br />conditions (without ultimate channel improvements), conduct scour analysis, <br />design appropriate erosion protection measures. <br />b) Permitting: prepare FEMA CLOMR and coordinate environmental permits with <br />environmental subconsultant (it is assumed that a NWP14 Corps Permit will be <br />utilized under a no- notification scenario). This includes FEMA documentation <br />(report), work maps, MT -2 forms, annotated FIRMs, H &H models, and <br />supporting GIS documentation. <br />c) Deliverables: CLOMR, Offsite drainage area map, hydrologic /hydraulic <br />computations, culvert layout sheet (plan/profile), channel/bridge grading and <br />erosion protection, construction notes, quantities, and special specifications (8 <br />sheets estimated) <br />1.9.2 Storm Drain Design Drainage <br />a) Produce interior drainage area maps at V'= scale (4 sheets estimated) <br />b) Calculate run-off to each inlet and produce inlet hydraulic information using <br />" GEOPAK Drainage" software and TxDOT Drainage Design Criteria. <br />C) Produce storm drain calculations per the design criteria in the TxDOT Hydraulic <br />Manual using GEOPAK Drainage software. Design frequency to be established in <br />coordination with the City and TxDOT. <br />d) Provide runoff, inlet and storm drain calculation sheets (6 sheets estimated) <br />e) Produce plan and profile sheets at 1 " =50' scale for the storm sewer system and <br />include limits of trench protection and hydraulic grade line. (8 sheets estimated) <br />f) Produce lateral profile sheets for the storm sewer system at 1 " =50' scale (2 sheets <br />estimated) <br />g) Provide non - structural drainage detail sheet (1 sheet estimated) <br />Kimley Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />IR <br />
