h) Provide water quality/Low Impact Development (LID) design based on <br />coordination the City to define selected permanent BMP facilities including bio- <br />swales, rain gardens, and sedimentation/filtration basins. <br />1.9.3 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SW3P) <br />a) Complete and provide the TxDOT Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SW3P) <br />sheet (one sheet) <br />b) Produce Erosion Control Sheets double banked at 1 " =50' scale showing controls <br />per Traffic Control Phase (estimated 4 sheets) <br />C) Identify appropriate TxDOT Erosion Control Standards <br />1.10 TASK 10 — FINAL BRIDGE DESIGN <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.10.1 Develop a Bridge Layout at a scale of I"=40' in accordance with the guidelines <br />established in the TxDOT Bridge Detailing Manual. The Bridge Layout will provide plan and <br />profile view geometrics, typical sections, and drilled shaft lengths. Determine drill shaft lengths <br />based on recommendations provided by Geotechnical Engineer. <br />1.10.2 Provide bridge design for HL 93 Loading in accordance with AASHTO LRFD <br />Specifications and current guidelines for the TxDOT LRFD Bridge Design Manual. Design the <br />structure for phased re- construction. <br />1.10.3 Provide bridge design and details for the following components: <br />a) Up to two (2) prestressed beam or reinforced concrete slab units <br />b) One design for non - standard abutments and unique details for each end abutment <br />for varying geometry due to skew and horizontal curvature <br />C) One design for non - standard interior bents and unique details for up to three (3) <br />interior bents for varying geometry due to skew and horizontal curvature <br />d) Bridge sidewalks <br />1. 10.4 Develop phasing details and typical sections for bridge construction in two (2) phases. <br />1.10.5 Develop aesthetic details based on approved aesthetic concepts for rail form liners, bent <br />and column shapes, and bent /column form liners. <br />1.10.6 Prepare geometric calculations utilizing TxDOT's Bridge Geometry Software and <br />calculate bearing seats, bent /abutment cross slopes, and control elevations. <br />1.10.7 Develop shoring details and modified bridge details to construct the proposed bridge to <br />accommodate future channel grading of Purgatory Creek. <br />1. 10.8 Calculate bridge quantities and prepare an Estimated Bridge Quantities sheet <br />Kimley -Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />19 <br />
