The Engineer will coordinate with <br />San Marcos Electric Utility to determine locations to draw power and set electrical <br />services. In addition to continuous lighting, the Engineer will also design to <br />accommodate future underpass lighting at the Purgatory Creek bridge. <br />b) The Engineer will prepare layout sheets showing location of poles, conduits, and <br />wiring. The plans will also include conduit and wire charts, details on electrical services, <br />and quantity summaries. <br />1.12 TASK 12 — WATER AND SEWER DESIGN <br />The Engineer will: <br />1. 12.1 Prepare Plan - Profile Sheets for the proposed water lines at a scale of 1 " =40' horizontal <br />and 1 " =10' vertical. It is assumed that the scope of the water improvements along Hunter Road <br />shall consist of the following: <br />a) Relocation of a 12" water line along the east side of Hunter Road for the <br />approximate limits of Wonder World Drive to Dixon Street. <br />b) Installation of an 8" water line along the west side of Hunter Road for the <br />approximate limits of Wonder World Drive to Dixon Street. <br />C) Installation of an 8" water line for the approximate limits of Dixon Street to <br />Bishop Street. <br />1.12.2 Prepare Plan- Profile Sheets for the proposed sanitary sewer lines at a scale of 1 " =40' <br />horizontal and 1 " =10' vertical. It is assumed that the scope of the sanitary sewer improvements <br />along Hunter Road shall consist of the following: <br />a) Installation of an 8" sanitary sewer line for the approximate limits of 800 feet <br />west of Dixon Street to Bishop Street. <br />1.12.3 Prepare water and sanitary sewer details sheets in accordance with the City's standard <br />details. <br />1. 12.4 Prepare General Notes in accordance with the City's standard requirements. <br />1.12.5 Calculate quantities for the water and sanitary sewer improvements for inclusion on the <br />Item Summaries Sheets. <br />1. 12.6 Prepare special specifications in accordance with the City's standard requirements. <br />1. 12.7 Prepare an opinion of probable construction costs (OPCC) at each milestone deliverable. <br />1.13 TASK 13 — LANDSCAPE AND STREETSCAPE DESIGN <br />Kimley -Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />21 <br />
