Deliverables: Electronic and hard copy deliverables provided in Task 13 — Draft Report. The <br />report will provide tabular and graphical listings of the pipe segments inspected during this <br />operation, as well as any defects noted during this operation. The videotapes, DVDs, and <br />inspection data sheets shall also be provided to the City. <br />Task 9 — Public Relations <br />This task provides project information to City of San Marcos customers. The goal of this task is <br />provide information to the general public and minimize customer questions and complaints. <br />Develop notification system for field tasks including, but not limited to: <br />• Door hangers for smoke testing <br />• Community meetings with concerned citizens <br />• Development of public relations letters and other documents <br />• Integration of the City's public relations philosophy into the overall public sector <br />communications program <br />Assumptions: Door hangers for smoke testing will be distributed 24 hours prior to smoke testing in <br />a particular area. ENGINEER will prepare for and attend a maximum of two public meetings <br />regarding the project. All field personnel will be identifiable as working for ENGINEER or one of <br />its sub consultants, and will carry a statement from the City indicating that the work is being <br />performed for the City. <br />Required from Others: The City will provide approval for the smoke testing door hangers. City <br />personnel will attend and chair any community meetings and provide input as to the meeting <br />content and format. The City will provide approval for any public relations materials prepared for <br />distribution as a portion of this task. The City will also provide input and approval regarding the <br />content for the project web site. <br />Deliverables: Smoke testing door hangers. Materials (slides, presentation boards, etc.) for <br />community meetings as required. Public relations materials as required. <br />Task 10 — Project Management and Administration <br />This task consists of supervision of sub consultants, project administration and management, <br />scheduling of field tasks, and general management and supervision of field personnel. It also <br />includes the quality assurance /control of all fieldwork, data management and security, data <br />collection activities, engineering evaluations, and report preparation. <br />Assumptions: ENGINEER will prepare and submit for approval, the following items: <br />• Monthly invoices <br />• All project technical memorandums and task deliverables <br />• All field data shall be submitted to the City in Microsoft Access 2007 format <br />ENGINEER will provide management, supervision, and coordination of all engineering and field <br />tasks. <br />Required from Others: The City shall provide input and review regarding the overall progress of <br />the project and information regarding any potential changes in scope of the project or other <br />changes to the nature of the project. <br />Deliverables: ENGINEER will provide all project schedules, updates, status reports, and invoicing <br />City of San Marcos, Texas Portions of <br />Basins 10 Assessment Page 6 <br />Project Work Plan <br />11/8/2011 <br />
