Task 11 — Monthly Project Meetings <br />This task provides for monthly project meetings to exchange information with the City Project <br />Team. Preliminary data, technical memorandums, and reports will be submitted to the City for <br />review and comment. <br />Assumptions: A maximum of 6 monthly meetings shall be held during the project. ENGINEER will <br />host a monthly project status meeting that will provide a forum for discussion of the following <br />items: <br />• Project strategy <br />• City and ENGINEER project input regarding project schedules and deliverables <br />• Report and technical memorandum presentations <br />• Status of all field work <br />• Status of identified system defects <br />• Status of all reporting and technical tasks <br />ENGINEER will provide all meeting agendas, handouts, and presentation materials. Meetings <br />shall be held at a specified City facility. <br />Required from Others: The City's project representatives shall attend each status meeting and <br />provide input and review regarding the overall progress of the project, and review and input for the <br />materials presented in the meeting. The City shall provide meeting space, if the monthly status <br />meetings are held at City facilities. <br />Deliverables: ENGINEER will provide meeting minutes, agendas, handouts, and presentation <br />materials. <br />Task 12 - Engineering Data Analysis, Recommended Rehabilitation Summaries, and Cost <br />Estimates <br />This task consists of evaluating and analyzing all of the data collected in the field and presenting <br />the results in the form of a report. The report shall include the following items: <br />Listing of all public and private deficiencies identified during the field investigation tasks. The <br />following will be listed for each deficiency: <br />• Sub -basin <br />• Identified Infiltration /Inflow Quantities <br />• A Recommended Rehabilitation Method <br />• Estimated Rehabilitation Cost <br />An evaluation of identified system deficiencies and rehabilitation recommendations <br />An analysis of available rehabilitation methods, including but not limited to the following: <br />• Main replacement <br />• Point repair (including re- setting castings on manholes and cleanouts) <br />• Chemical grouting of joints <br />• Trenchless Technology (destructive and non - destructive methods) <br />• Manhole rehabilitation <br />• Manhole replacement <br />• Re- routing sewage flows <br />Graphical summaries of recommended system rehabilitation <br />A cost estimate for the recommended rehabilitation /replacement plan <br />Assumptions: All noted system defects shall be referenced by existing City manhole numbers. <br />Rehabilitation recommendations will be based on constructibility, cost, and effect on overall <br />system performance.
