Capital Improvement Program recommendations. All recommendations for rehabilitation will be <br />prioritized based on the goals of the overall project. <br />Required from Others: The City shall provide input regarding preferred rehabilitation methods and <br />current local construction cost information, if available. <br />Deliverables: ENGINEER will provide a report detailing the methods used to determine the <br />recommended system rehabilitation; listings of defects; digital photographs of the noted system <br />defects; construction cost estimates; and quantity of inflow /infiltration removed by the <br />recommended improvements. <br />Task 13 — Draft Report <br />This task provides for the development of a draft report to be submitted to the City of San Marcos <br />Project Team for comments to be incorporated in the final report. The following items shall be <br />addressed in the draft report: <br />Executive Summary <br />• General <br />• Conclusions and Recommendations <br />- Recommended Replacement/Rehabilitation Cost Estimates <br />- Public Sector Repairs <br />- Capital Improvement Program <br />- Operation and Maintenance Program <br />- SSOI Program <br />- Private Sector Repairs <br />• Expected Reduction in Inflow and Infiltration <br />- Total 1/1 Reduction <br />- Public 1/1 Reduction <br />- Private 1/1 Reduction <br />Tabular listings for all data acquired in the following categories: <br />• Manhole inspection summary <br />• Cleanout identification summary <br />• Manhole defects <br />• Pipeline defects <br />• Lateral defects <br />• Wastewater main summary by basin and pipe size <br />• Root infestation data <br />• Smoke test data — identified defects and location <br />• TV inspection by segment, length, and pipe diameter <br />• Additional recommended TV work, if any, by segment, length, and pipe diameter <br />Tabular listing of the following data: <br />• Recommendations <br />- Rehabilitation recommendation per deficiency, including estimated percentage and <br />total infiltration and inflow removal to be achieved, and estimated cost <br />- Summary of recommended plan, including estimated percentage and total infiltration <br />and inflow to be removed, and cost <br />Assumptions: One (1) hard copy and one electronic copy of the draft report will be provided.
