Deliverables: ENGINEER will provide all related electronic files, hardcopy data, and a final report <br />incorporating or addressing all of the City's comments from the draft report. <br />Task 14 — Final Report <br />This task provides for the development of a final report, which incorporates comments from the <br />City of San Marcos Project Team stemming from the draft report. The final report shall include <br />the provisions for the following items: <br />• Review and evaluate City comments, and incorporate as appropriate <br />• Provide five bound copies in three ring binders and one unbound copy of the final report <br />• Provide a table of recommended segments to be replaced or rehabilitated in a format directed <br />by the Project Manager for Capital Planning purposes <br />Assumptions: None <br />Required from Others: None <br />Deliverables: Three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the final report document and <br />five (5) electronic copies of the report in Adobe Acrobat format. In addition, the following electronic <br />deliverables will be provided: <br />• All collected field data in Microsoft Access 2007 format <br />• All report text, exhibits, and graphics <br />■ Five (5) copies of all electronic data on compact disk <br />Task 16 — Cleanout Verification <br />This task provides for the identification of the existence of sewer service line cleanouts at the <br />property line (public side) of each recorded City parcel. According to the City parcel list for the <br />study area, an estimated 2,000 parcels will be investigated for clean -out identification.
