Deliverables: ENGINEER will provide all related electronic files, hardcopy data, and a final report incorporating or addressing all of the City's comments from the draft report. Task 14 — Final Report This task provides for the development of a final report, which incorporates comments from the City of San Marcos Project Team stemming from the draft report. The final report shall include the provisions for the following items: • Review and evaluate City comments, and incorporate as appropriate • Provide five bound copies in three ring binders and one unbound copy of the final report • Provide a table of recommended segments to be replaced or rehabilitated in a format directed by the Project Manager for Capital Planning purposes Assumptions: None Required from Others: None Deliverables: Three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the final report document and five (5) electronic copies of the report in Adobe Acrobat format. In addition, the following electronic deliverables will be provided: • All collected field data in Microsoft Access 2007 format • All report text, exhibits, and graphics ■ Five (5) copies of all electronic data on compact disk Task 16 — Cleanout Verification This task provides for the identification of the existence of sewer service line cleanouts at the property line (public side) of each recorded City parcel. According to the City parcel list for the study area, an estimated 2,000 parcels will be investigated for clean -out identification. The collected data from each identified parcel will be recorded electronically and linked to the City of San Marcos GIS. Assumptions: A maximum of 2,000 parcels exist within the study area boundary.
