She stated that there was no signage visible. James R. McDonnel, P.O. Box 1764, Spoke against Southwest Towing and commented they are no more than a junkyard. Fifteen people were towed and the no parking sign is located on a pole in an easement. Mr. McDonnel would like to see a salvage yard within the City Limits. CONSENT AGENDA 8.
