Option #P60N. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Twenty-one digital dry contact module 4 relay outputs; rated 5 amps 125 volts <br />AC/DC form c contacts. Option #4R01. <br /> <br />1.2.4 One eight channel analog output module; uni-directional or bi-directional (01 ma or <br />4-20ma analog output) Option #8A 1 . <br /> <br />1.2.5 The Vendor certifies that the precision accuracy for all equipment provided under <br />this Agreement shall meet or exceed American National Standard Institute ANSI C-12 and <br />International Electric Congress IEC 687 for at least 0.05% watt billing meter accuracy. <br /> <br />1.2.6 The Vendor will provide the City with factory schematics for installation of multiple <br />units as required for field use. <br /> <br />1.2.7 All equipment will be delivered within 60 days from the date of execution of this <br />agreement and shipment will be F.O.B. (::;'~ t4v~D'" ,;( t1? <br /> <br />1.2.8 The City will inspect all equipment delivered underthis agreement and will reject any <br />equipment which is damaged or which does not conform to specifications. Equipment <br />found defective or not meeting specifications will be picked up by the Vendor and replaced <br />within one (1) week after notification, at no expense to the City. In the event equipment <br />requires two (2) or more repairs in any 30-day period, except those caused by negligence <br />or through the fault of the City, the Vendor will remove and replace the defective equipment <br />without delay and at Vendor's expense. <br /> <br />1.3 SOFTWARE AND TRAINING <br /> <br />The Vendor will provide: <br /> <br />1.3.1 One United Controls Software package for data gathering & analysis of multiple <br />Nexus 1250's in the field; unlimited tags. The software license agreement is attached to <br />this Agreement as Attachment B. No ongoing cost or license fees (other than additional <br />software per server) will be charged for software upgrades which are considered ongoing <br />revisions. <br /> <br />1.3.2 On-site training for software implementation for at least two City employees by <br />certified trainers on configuration and data base management for four days.
