1.2.7 Provide a Technical Memorandum summarizing background research and field investigation including: (a) Background and field assessment of wetlands and other jurisdictional waters. (b) Endangered/threatened species record information reconnaissance and written coordination with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regarding compliance with the federal Endangered Species Act. (c) Cultural/archaeological resources background reconnaissance and initial Texas Historical Commission coordination services to obtain their recommendations regarding project clearance. 1.3 PHASE 3 - FINAL DESIGN AND BIDDING The Engineer will: 1.3.1 Prepare final plans including: (a) Roadway plan/profile sheets. (b) A drainage plan and calculations. Storm sewer design is not anticipated or included. (c) Cross drainage plan/profile sheets. (d) Storm water pollution prevention plan (SW3P). (e) Traffic control plan. (f) Striping plan. (g) All required standard detail sheets. 1.3.2 Acquire TxDOT permit as required for construction. 1.3.3 Prepare any special details required for the Project. 1.3.4 Prepare box culvert plan and profile for two cross drainage structures. Bridge structure design is not included in this agreement. 1.3.5 Prepare three sets of review plans for City comment at 60% and 90% completion. At 90% completion, technical specifications and the bid form will be included for review. 1.3.6 Incorporate final review comments into design. 1.3.7 Prepare final quantities and cost estimate. 1.3.8 Prepare construction contract documents using forms supplied by the City based on the approved design development documents and any further adjustments authorized by the City in the scope, quality or budget of the Project.
