Planned Development District <br />Development Standards <br />2.6 Sidewalks: <br />The Preserve at Windemere <br />Phase 1 <br />Per City of San Marcos LDC sidewalks are not required for this subdivision. <br />To create a higher quality development for the community, the the <br />development includes the provision of a trail system.
