Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint Miguel Guerrero, <br />which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint Bill <br />DeSoto, Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Allen Shy, Mayor Narvaiz moved to <br />appoint Randy Bryan and Mr. Jones moved to appoint Sam McCabe. Mayor <br />Narvaiz inquired as to future Planning and Zoning Commission decisions to <br />be made. Carol Barrett, Director of Planning and Development, stated there <br />are several short range planning projects. She stated the Commission is <br />also working on the SUP guidelines, development programs and the <br />development of the Master Plan for the downtown area.
