2. 60% Design Construction Plans: <br />a) Prepare preliminary design plan and profile sheets at a scale of 1" = 20' horizontal and 1" = 4' <br />vertical. 22" x 34" Full size plan format. <br />b) Prepare a list of details and specifications for the project. <br />Upon receiving comments from the 60% submittals, ENGINEER will incorporate and/or respond to <br />all comments and develop the 90% submittal. <br />3. Utility Coordination: Coordinate with the utility companies for any necessary utility <br />relocations /adjustments that may be required and indicate on the preliminary plans. <br />4. Permitting: Prepare all permits required for the project and obtain permits or cause permits to be <br />obtained by the OWNER. <br />5. Environmental Services: <br />a) Cultural Resources /Texas Historical Commission: Submit a letter to Texas Historical <br />Commission. <br />b) Water Resources/Waters of the U.S. <br />c) Threatened and Endangered Species Assessment <br />d) Hazardous Materials: Perform a pedestrian survey to identify potential hazardous materials. <br />6. Phase Deliverables: <br />a) Monthly status reports. <br />b) 60% Design Plans: Two (2) hard copies in 1lx 17 (half -size) format and one (1) electronic copy <br />in PDF format. <br />c) List of project details and specifications. <br />d) Design Plans and Specifications for the storm sewer layout sheet by Brown and Gay Engineers <br />included in the Master Project Contract Document set. <br />e) Updated written opinion of probable construction costs for the project. <br />C. 90% DESIGN PHASE: <br />1. Meetings: <br />a) 90% Design Workshop: Meeting to discuss comments made on the 90% design submittal. <br />Prepare meeting agenda and minutes. <br />b) Monthly Progress Meeting: (1) additional meeting to discuss the project progress. <br />2. 90% Design Construction Plans and Specifications: <br />a) Prepare 90% design plan and profile sheets at a scale of 1" = 20' horizontal and 1" = 4' vertical. <br />22" x 34" Full size plan format. <br />b) Prepare design plan and profile sheets incorporating OWNER comments from previous <br />submittal. <br />c) Prepare details for the project. <br />d) Prepare project specifications. <br />Upon receiving continents from the 90% submittals, ENGINEER will incorporate and/or respond to <br />all comments and develop the 100% submittal. <br />
