3. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan: Develop erosion control drawings to be used in the <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. <br />4. Phase Deliverables: <br />f) Monthly status reports. <br />g) 90% Design Plans: Two (2) hard copies in 11x17 (half -size) format and one (1) electronic copy <br />in PDF format. <br />h) Design Specifications: One (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format at 90% <br />Design only. <br />i) Design Plans and Specifications for the storm sewer layout sheet by Brown and Gay Engineers <br />included in the Master Project Contract Document set. <br />j) Updated written opinion of probable construction costs for the project. <br />D. 100% DESIGN PHASE: <br />1. 100% Design Construction Plans and Specifications: <br />a) Prepare design plan and profile sheets, details and specifications incorporating OWNER <br />comments from previous submittal. <br />Upon receiving comments from the 100% submittal, ENGINEER will incorporate all comments and <br />develop the Bid Documents. <br />2. Phase Deliverables: <br />a) Monthly status reports. <br />b) 100% Design Plans and Specifications: One (1) electronic copy in PDF format. <br />c) Design Plans and Specifications for the storm sewer layout sheet by Brown and Gay Engineers <br />included in the Master Project Contract Document set. <br />d) Updated written opinion of probable construction costs for the project. <br />E. BID OR NEGOTIATION PHASE. Upon completion of the design services and approval of 100% <br />drawings and specifications by OWNER, FNI will proceed with the performance of services in this <br />phase as follows: <br />1. Meetings: <br />a) Prebid Meeting: Assist the OWNER in conducting a pre -bid conference for the construction <br />project and coordinate responses with OWNER. Response to the pre -bid conference will be in <br />the form of addenda issued after the conference. <br />2. Bid Phase Services: <br />a) Assist Owner by responding to questions and interpreting bid documents. Prepare and issue <br />addenda to the bid documents to plan holders if necessary. <br />b) Tabulate and analyzing the bids received. Review the qualification information provided by the <br />apparent low bidder to determine if, based on the information available, they appear to be <br />qualified to construct the project. <br />c) Recommend award of contracts or other actions as appropriate to be taken by OWNER. <br />3. Phase Deliverables: <br />a) Provide OWNER a CD with bid plans and specifications in PDF format. <br />
