Inspection and Testing Requirements: The visual inspection of the equipment will <br />comply with ASTM 0 2563, Visual Acceptance Levell!. <br /> <br />D. Listing, labeling or marking, as conforming to the Standards of Underwriter's <br />Laboratories, Inc., American National Standards Institute, Inc., or other nationally <br />recognized testing organization approved by Code, on various pieces of equipment <br />furnished will be prima facie evidence of conformity with the approved standards for <br />safety to life and property. <br /> <br />E. Materials Testing: Materials employed in items fabricated of fiberglass <br />reinforced plastic will be capable of withstanding maximum calculated stresses that <br />may occur during fabrication, installation and continuous operation, with allowance for <br />an adequate safety factor. To confirm materials properties, tests will be conducted by <br />an independent, qualified testing laboratory on representative material samples in <br />accordance with the latest revision of Standards referenced in Paragraph 1.02.8, <br />above. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />F. Products supplied under this Section will be produced by manufacturers regularly <br />engaged in the production of such items and have a successful history of product <br />acceptability, as interpreted by CITY or CITY'S representative. <br /> <br />G. When two or more units of equipment for the same purpose are required they will be <br />the product of one PROPONENT. <br /> <br />H. PROPONENT's installation report is required prior to final acceptance. <br /> <br />I.Excessive vibration of equipment while operating will be cause for rejection. <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />PROPONENT will maintain a complete stock of spare parts commonly needed for the <br />equipment specified at a location within the State of Texas, or will furnish spare parts <br />within 48 hours of request. <br /> <br />I <br />
