<br />K. <br /> <br />Each major equipment item will have a stainless steel PROPONENT's nameplate <br />securely affixed in a conspicuous place on the equipment showing the ratings, serial <br />number, model number, PROPONENT and other pertinent nameplate data. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />If the equipment being offered differs from these specifications, all revisions in the <br />design and construction of the structure, piping, appurtenant equipment, electrical <br />work, etc. required to accommodate such a substitution will be made at no additional <br />cost to the CITY. <br /> <br />M. PROPONENT will provide certifications that all stainless steel accessories are Type <br />316 stainless steel. <br /> <br />1.03 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Shop Drawings: Submit for approval the following: <br />1. PROPONENT will submit for review to CITY or CITY'S representative, sufficient <br />literature, detailed specifications, and drawings to show dimensions, fabricator or manufacturer, <br />speed, model, size, type, horsepower, service factors, efficiency, materials used, design features, <br />internal construction, weights, and any other information required by CITY or CITY'S representative <br />for review of odor control fans and all appurtenances. No odor control fan equipment will be <br />accepted, and installation will not be allowed until such review has been completed. <br />2. Additional requirements for information to be included with Shop Drawings are <br />specified below: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a. Submittal for the odor control fans will include as a <br />minimum the following: <br />1) Manufacturer's certified rating data. <br />2) Certified Shop Drawings providing all important materials and <br />details of construction, dimensions, and anchor bolt locations. <br />3) Descriptive literature, bulletins, and catalogs of the equipment. <br />4) The total weight of the equipment. <br />5) A complete bill of materials. <br />6) A list of the manufacturer's recommended spare parts. Include <br />gaskets, packing, etc., on list. <br />7) Complete data on motors, motor starters, nameplate data and <br />controls. <br />8) Data on noise in accordance with AMCA #300. <br />9) Description of surface preparation and shop primer and shop finish <br />coating as specified in this Section. <br />10) Inlet and outlet connection bolt hole pattems. <br />11) Results of factory dynamic balance of fan and field check of <br />dynamic balance of fan. <br />12) Complete electrical wiring diagrams and data on controls to be <br />furnished, as pertinent. <br />13) Specific design parameters for this project including flow rates and pressure losses for <br />normal conditions. Include AMCA certified blower curves showing efficiency, cfm, outlet velocity, <br />static pressure, brake motor horsepower, and decibel level ratings. <br />b. Location of nearest stocking distributor of spare parts. <br />c. Complete operation and maintenance data for all equipment and controls. <br />d. Startup and test schedule with test procedures. <br />e. Equipment installation report with field test data and test records. <br />f. Warranties and service agreements. <br /> <br />I <br />
