<br />B. Shop Test Results: <br />1. Submit results of routine factory motor tests. <br />2. Submit results of material tests. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />tests. <br /> <br />C. Field Test Results: Submit a written report providing the results of the required field <br /> <br />D. Manufacturer's Reports: Submit a written report of the results of each visit by a <br />manufacturer's service person, including purpose and time of visit, tasks performed <br />and results obtained. <br /> <br />E. Operation and Maintenance Manuals: Submit complete installation, operation and <br />maintenance manuals, test reports, maintenance data and schedules, description of <br />operation, and spare parts information. <br /> <br />F. Lubricant Specification: Furnish a lubricant specification for the type and grade <br />necessary to meet the requirements of the equipment. <br /> <br />1.04 PRODUCT DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Product Delivery, Storage and Handling: <br />1. PROPONENT will be responsible for safe transportation, storage, and handling <br />of the equipment. <br />2. PROPONENT will protect all flange faces and the more fragile <br />appurtenances of the sub-assemblies, with padding between pieces in orderto <br />prevent one piece from impacting with another, and by crating or other means <br />for shipment. <br />3. Large sub-assemblies will be supported during unloading to prevent <br />excessive deflection and overstressing. <br />Suction and discharge ports will be protected against entry of foreign objects. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />1.05 EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS <br /> <br />A thorough inspection of each piece of equipment will be conducted by the <br />PROPONENT upon arrival at construction site to inspect for damage incurred in transit. <br />Any damage will be immediately repaired by respective equipment fabricator's personnel, <br />not a sales representative. <br /> <br />1.06 EQUIPMENT FABRICATION <br /> <br />FRP equipment and accessories will be fabricated in a heated and well ventilated <br />structure protected from weather and temperature extremes. Entire fabrication, curing and <br />assembly process of any piece of FRP equipment will be indoors. PROPONENT will submit <br />an affidavit certifying that all FRP equipment will be fabricated, cured and assembled as <br />described in this Section and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. <br /> <br />1.07 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The general arrangement and extent of Work to be done are described in <br />Specification Section 11065. <br /> <br />I <br />
