The <br />third visit will be for a period of not less than one a-hour day to perform the field tests <br />and supervise initial operations. The fourth visit will be for training plant operators and <br />will be for one a-hour day. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Service person will verify that lubrication systems are complete, dean and filled with <br />the proper grade of lubricants. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Reports: PROPONENT will submit a report by service person of each visit to the site. <br />Reports will provide complete information on time, schedule, tasks performed, <br />persons contacted, problems corrected, test results, training, instruction and all other <br />pertinent information. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Training: In addition to above requirements, furnish services to instruct and train plant <br />operators in the proper care, operation and maintenance of equipment. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Additional Inspections - First Year: Every fourth month for twelve (12) months after <br />acceptance of the odor control fans, manufacturer's factory trained service person will <br />perform an inspection of each system and submit an inspection report to CITY. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />~ <br />
