Manufacturer and model number of equipment. <br />b. Material Safety Data Sheets. <br />c. Layout drawings including all proposed system components with <br />dimensions, clearances required and sizes indicated, anchor locations <br />and sizes, details of ductwork or piping connections, size and location <br />of required electrical conduits and conduit openings, and total weights <br />of the product. Include descriptions and provisions for adjustments <br />and alarms on operating components. Indicate extent of shop <br />fabrication and field joint types and locations. Layout drawings will be <br />to scale in English units, provided on 24Dx36D bond paper and on <br />compact disk in AutoCAD format. <br />Detailed specifications and data describing the materials of <br />construction, material thickness and coatings for all components. <br />Submit data that verifies the system is capable of uniformly distributing <br />flow throughout the system without short-circuiting and will meet the <br />specified treatment requirements. <br />Complete information on electric motors furnished including make and <br />type of motor, brake horsepower and locked rotor current at full <br />voltage, per Section 16010. <br />Complete electrical control schematic and wiring diagrams and data on <br />equipment, devices and controls to be furnished, including support for <br />control panel. <br />Location and telephone number of nearest stocking distributor of spare <br />parts. <br />Startup and test schedule with test procedures. j. <br />Equipment installation report with field test data and test records in <br />accordance with Section 01301 (submit as record data after startup). <br />Warranties and service agreements. <br />All structural calculations and drawings for the scrubber vessels, <br />deflection of the vessel at the point of connection with the ductwork, <br />thickness, anchor bolt size and location, hold-down lugs, lifting hooks, <br />and loads imposed by appurtenances such as inlet ducting and <br />internal media. The CITY or CITY'S representative will review the <br />structural drawings and calculations for completeness only. All <br />structural drawings and calculation,s will be signed and stamped by a <br />registered structural engineer prior to submittal to the CITY. <br />m. Design of system will be in accordance with applicable local, state, <br />national and international standards and codes. Minimum design will <br />reflect 100 mph wind leading and seismic zone 1. <br />n. A certificate from the vessel manufacturer listing the nomenclature, <br />composition, and characteristics of the resin or other plastics will be <br />supplied with the submittal data, as well as vessel and support <br />calculations as specified if HOPE or fiberglass is used for the scrubber <br />vessel. <br /> <br />11065-4 <br />
