Any other information necessary for the CITY or CITY'S representative <br />to determine compliance with the specifications. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3. Complete Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals will be provided per <br />Section 01301 and will include complete O&M information for all components <br />of the system. O&M Manuals will be submitted at least 30 days prior to final <br />acceptance of the system. In addition to standard information, the O&M <br />manuals will include: <br /> <br />a. Scrubber media handling information and safety data sheet, including <br />replacement procedures. <br />b. Certification statement from manufacturer verifying that the media is <br />nonhazardous. <br />c. Fan sizing calculations. These will include calculations of pressure <br />loss through the proposed synthetic or compost media, and losses <br />through the system. <br />d. Complete point-to-point wiring diagrams. Complete component bill of <br />material with manufacturers catalog cut sheets marked to show <br />components provided. <br /> <br />B. Partial or incomplete submittals will not be reviewed. Any exceptions from this <br />specification will be itemized in an exceptions table to be submitted with the <br />proposal. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.04 <br /> <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />A. The PROPONENT will furnish a qualified startup engineer or field representative <br />for a minimum of four (4) working days to provide guidance with installation at the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant and for 2 working days for each of the remote <br />installations. The field representative will also inspect all equipment described <br />herein after installation, assist in troubleshooting, advise the CITY during startup <br />and testing, and instruct CITY's personnel in routine maintenance and <br />troubleshooting procedures. This time period will consist of eight-hour days, <br />exclusive of travel time. The PROPONENT will coordinate the scheduling of such <br />training and startup assistance with CITY's personnel. CITY may videotape <br />training session. <br /> <br />B. The PROPONENT will provide a manufacturer's installation report prior to final <br />acceptance. In addition to the requirements of Section 01301, the equipment <br />installation report will state that biological treatment system is achieving the <br />specified removal efficiencies. Test data on the installed system will be included in <br />the report. <br /> <br />C. All equipment of each type specified in this section will be supplied by a single <br />manufacturer and will be the product of suppliers regularly engaged in the design I <br />and manufacturing of biological odor scrubbing equipment.
