PROPONENT will maintain a complete stock of spare parts commonly needed for <br />the equipment specified at a location within the State of Texas or will have next- <br />day delivery of spare parts. <br /> <br />E. All pieces of equipment will have a stainless steel manufacturer's nameplate <br />securely affixed in a conspicuous place on the equipment showing the ratings, <br />serial number, model number, manufacturer and other pertinent nameplate data. <br /> <br />F. Upon completion of the installation, each piece of equipment and the system will <br />be tested for satisfactory operation without excessive noise, vibration, overheating, <br />etc. All equipment must be adjusted and checked, for misalignment, clearances, <br />supports, and adherence to safety standards. Excessive vibration or noise from <br />equipment while operating will be cause for rejection of equipment. <br /> <br />G. Performance testing will be conducted as specified herein. <br /> <br />H. Post installation Inspection: PROPONENT will provide a field representative to <br />inspect the system eleven (11) months after substantial completion of the entire <br />project and annually for the next nine (9) years to complete a 10-year warranty <br />period. A post installation inspection report will be provided noting any deficiencies <br />in the system and recommended corrective action. After each inspection, an <br />inspection report will be submitted within seven calendar days of each inspection. <br /> <br />1.05 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> <br />Delivery, storage and handling will be in full accordance with manufacturer's instructions. <br />Fabricated assemblies will be shipped in the largest sections permitted by carrier <br />regulations, properly match-marked for ease of field erection. <br /> <br />1.06 INITIAL SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES <br /> <br />Proponent will indicate types, brands, and quantities of initial lubricants, oil, grease, <br />nutrient solutions, biological seeding material, etc. necessary to startup equipment. <br />PROPONENT will provide and install the recommended lubricants and will comply with <br />all manufacturer recommended procedures. <br /> <br />If nutrients are required for operation, PROPONENT will provide a one-year supply <br />(beginning at acceptance of the odor control unit) of nutrients in addition to supplies for <br />startup and testing. <br /> <br />1.07 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES <br /> <br />A. The PROPONENT will provide with their proposal a Special Equipment warranty <br />from the equipment manufacturer for equipment provided under this Section as <br />specified in paragraphs 8 & C below. A letter of acknowledgement {on corporate <br />letterhead) accepting the Special Equipment Warranty will be included with the <br />Shop Drawings. <br /> <br />11065-6 <br />
