<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />In the construction and operation of the pipeline within the easement described <br /> <br />in Exhibit "C" hereto. GBRA agrees to operate in accordance with FAA <br /> <br />requirements and standards for equipment height and other standards to assure <br /> <br />there is no interference with ILS operations. GBRA shall obtain approval from <br /> <br />FAA or other required State or Federal agencies prior to beginning construction <br /> <br />within the property described herein, GBRA agrees that both during <br /> <br />construction and operation now in the future, that GBRA activities will not <br /> <br />interfere with ILS operations, <br /> <br />10. GBRA shall install the portion of the treated water pipeline under the existing <br /> <br />9, <br /> <br />concrete roadway in the easement area by open cutting the concrete pavement. <br /> <br />GBRA shall remove and replace the concrete pavement for a depth to match the <br /> <br />existing thickness of concrete pavement and back to the nearest undistributed <br /> <br />joint. GBRA will also maintain all weather access while the concrete pavement <br /> <br />is cut open. These conditions will apply to any future repairs that require cutting <br /> <br />of the roadway, <br /> <br />11. GBRA shall use the water pipeline solely for the purpose of transporting potable <br /> <br />water, and for no other purpose. <br /> <br />12. GBRA shall obtain the prior written approval of the GRANTOR for any <br /> <br />proposed change in the location of the treated water pipeline within the <br /> <br />permanent easement area described in Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D" after the <br /> <br />initial installation of the water pipeline is completed. GBRA shall provide two <br /> <br />(2) sets of documents to the City Engineer for review and the GRANTOR agrees <br /> <br />PIPELINE EASEMENT (Treated Water) 6102 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 10 <br />
