Engineer wIll draw the plan and profile sheets to a honzontal scale of 1" = 20 feet and a vertical scale of 1" = 2 feet. 1.2.14 Perform an in-house quality control C'QC") and qualIty assurance CQC") revIew of the plans as developed and revise the Project construction plans based on the In-house review. 1.2.15 Prepare and submit the plans for review to the City upon 30% completion. 1.2.16 Attend one Phase 1 review meeting with the City. 1.3 PHASE 1 - 60 % DESIGN SERVICES During this phase of design services, the Engineer will: I 1.3.1 Attend monthly progress meetings with the City to discuss the status of the deSIgn phase, reVIew the schedules, obtaIn from the City any requIred information and revIew outstandIng items. 1.3.2 Walk the Project's alignment to determine if any clanfications are required for the field survey. 1.3.3 Incorporate City comments from Phase I design services. 1.3.4 CoordInate the completIOn of the envIronmental assessment. l.3.5 Prepare the Technical SpecificatIOns Table of Contents and Incorporate CIty of AustIn Standard Specifications pertaining to graVIty wastewater interceptors and appurtenances. 1.3.6 Prepare and submIt to the City the Engineer's opinion of probable constructIOn cost based on 60% plan completion. 1.3.7 Perform an in-house QC/QA review of the plans as developed upon 60% completIon 1.3.8 Revise the construction plans based on the in-house QC/QA review.
