<br />4.3 PAYMENT FOR SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> <br />4.3.1 Scope - under this Article, if the OWNER <br />elects to have the CONSULTANT furnish Special Services <br />as set forth in Article 3, payment for personnel other <br />than Charles Willis G Associates, Inc. will be made at <br />Cost plus a fixed fee. The amount of the fixed fee to <br />be agreed upon prior to the CONSULTANT undertaking the <br />Special Services. The billing period for all Special <br />Services will be calendar months. <br /> <br />4.3.2 Special Services, Officers. If the OWNER <br />specifically requests that any phase of the Special <br />Services be performed by Officers, as identified in <br />paragraph 4.4.1, CONSULTANT will be compensated for <br />hours actually required of the Officers at the rate <br />of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour. A maximum allow- <br />able fee for Officers time will be established prior <br />to undertaking the special service. <br /> <br />4.5 PAYMENT TO CONSULTANT <br /> <br />4.5.1 All payments for services rendered pursuant <br />to this Agreement by the CONSULTANT shall be paid within <br />ninety (90) days after invoice date. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 5 <br /> <br />SERVICES BY THE OWNER <br /> <br />In general the OWNER will render services as follows: <br /> <br />5.1 Provide available criteria and full information <br />as to the OWNER'S requirements for the PROJECT. <br /> <br />5.2 Assist the CONSULTANT by placing at his dis- <br />posal all available written data pertinent to plan <br />operations, previous reports, process experimental <br />data, and any other data affecting the design and/or <br />construction of the PROJECT. <br /> <br />5.3 Furnish the CONSULTANT all necessary reports on <br />the results of laboratory test, inspection of samples, <br />materials testing, mill tests, and other testing services <br />performed for quality control purposes by an independent <br />testing laboratory. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
