<br />2.4.7 Prepare monthly and final estimates for <br />payments to contractors, and furnish to the OWNER any <br />necessary certifications as to payments to contractors <br />and suppliers; assemble written guarantees which are <br />required by the contract documents. <br /> <br />2.4.8 Conduct, in company with representatives <br />of the OWNER, a final inspection of the PROJECT for <br />conformance with the design concept of the PROJECT <br />and compliance with the Contract Documents, and approve <br />in writing final payment to the contractors. <br /> <br />2.4.9 Revise contract drawings (unless complete <br />redrawing is required) to show the work as constructed. <br />Furnish a set of reproducibles of these revised drawings <br />to the OWNER, and furnish two sets of revised drawings, <br />including airport layout plan, to the Federal Aviation <br />Administration. <br /> <br />2.4.10 Consulting services for Phase 3 will <br />terminate 30 calendar days after the expiration of <br />the contract time of completion of the construction <br />contract. Consulting services after this time will be <br />accomplished in accordance with provisions of Article 3. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br /> <br />SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> <br />3.1 GENERAL <br /> <br />3.1.1 The professional services set forth here- <br />inafter as Special Services are not included as part of <br />the services to be provided by the CONSULTANT under <br />ARTICLE 2. In the event that consulting services <br />beyond that specified under ARTICLE 2 are necessary <br />or desirable, such work will be performed as Special <br />Services. Fees for such services will be in addition <br />to the basic compensation for the project scope described <br />In ARTICLE 2. <br /> <br />3.1.2 The CONSULTANT will furnish Special Services <br />only when authorized by the OWNER in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article 7, paragraph 7.1.1 <br /> <br />-6- <br />
