<br />Sec. 17. Conflict with other ordinances. <br /> <br />Whenever the standards and specifications in this chapter conflict <br />with those contained in another ordinance, the most stringent or <br />restrictive provision shall govern. <br /> <br />Sec. 18. Separabi 1 ity. <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a <br />separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect sixty (60) days <br />from and after its passage and publication in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the area. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on fi rst reading April 5, 1982. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading April 12, 1982. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED.
