<br />1.12.3. Studv Schedule. Schedule deliverables and meetings to coordinate, review or present the <br />deliverables as shown in Attachment A. <br /> <br />1.13 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.13.1 Since the Consultant's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including minor <br />deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Consultant for additional <br />services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services described in this <br />Agreement. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's <br />authorization before initiating any additional services. <br /> <br />1.13.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 4.2 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br />City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds <br />$25,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with the following <br />data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request: <br /> <br />a. Three years historical information on the monthly number and type of water and <br />wastewater customers and billed water use by month by class (desirably this would be <br />an ASCII delimited file of City utility accounts with ill codes that would allow for <br />customer class, rate class and service typen w/ww 1 identification), <br />b. If not in the customer database above, three years similar monthly water use data for <br />wholesale and reclaimed water customers. <br />c. Three years water supply diversion (production) and wastewater treatment plant effluent <br />(discharge) volumes by month, <br />d. Three years utility fmance data including two years of utility department and related <br />departments' audited actual revenue, expenditures and transfers and similar data for the <br />current budget, <br />e. City-preferred population and/or utility growth forecast if available. <br />f. Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Program with projects listed by name, type, <br />capacity, estimated costs, and anticipated date of funding. <br />g. Current rate and fee, bond covenant, or other City ordinances that affect utility finance. <br />h.
