5. Maintain and enforce the following rules and regulations for college personnel, faculty, and students throughout the term of this Agreement: A. the Agency will charge the College no for nursing practice opportunity afforded students; B. students will be responsible for their own meals and transportation to and from the Agency. C. the Agency will not be charged for services performed by College personnel or students. 6. Assist in the evaluation of the students' learning, performance and their patient care. 7. Retain the right to relieve any student from duty whose behavior may be hazardous to patient care. B. The College agrees to: 1. Operate through proper channels in plan- ning for clinical nursing experiences. 2. Be responsible for teaching students of the College. 3. Inform the nursing staff of the Agency of the objectives of the desired learning ex- periences. 4. Assure the observance of Agency policies and procedures by students and faculty. 5. Initiate, as indicated, individual and group conferences with the nursing staff for the purpose of discussing student learning, performance and patient service. C. Representatives of the College and the Agency will meet as often as necessary for a joint review of the Agency's clinical facilities which may be made available for use under this Agreement. III. The Agency shall not be liable for any injury in any manner and to any extent that a student or faculty member of the College may suffer or sustain in the normal conduct of teaching or re- ceiving training at the Agency's facilities or in an Agency member's automobile under this Agreement.
