<br />5. Maintain and enforce the following rules <br />and regulations for college personnel, <br />faculty, and students throughout the term <br />of this Agreement: <br /> <br />A. the Agency will charge the College no <br />for nursing practice opportunity <br />afforded students; <br /> <br />B. students will be responsible for their <br />own meals and transportation to and <br />from the Agency. <br /> <br />C. the Agency will not be charged for <br />services performed by College <br />personnel or students. <br /> <br />6. Assist in the evaluation of the students' <br />learning, performance and their patient <br />care. <br /> <br />7. Retain the right to relieve any student <br />from duty whose behavior may be hazardous <br />to patient care. <br /> <br />B. The College agrees to: <br /> <br />1. Operate through proper channels in plan- <br />ning for clinical nursing experiences. <br /> <br />2. Be responsible for teaching students of <br />the College. <br /> <br />3. Inform the nursing staff of the Agency of <br />the objectives of the desired learning ex- <br />periences. <br /> <br />4. Assure the observance of Agency policies <br />and procedures by students and faculty. <br /> <br />5. Initiate, as indicated, individual and <br />group conferences with the nursing staff <br />for the purpose of discussing student <br />learning, performance and patient <br />service. <br /> <br />C. Representatives of the College and the Agency will <br /> <br />meet as often as necessary for a joint review of <br /> <br />the Agency's clinical facilities which may be <br /> <br />made available for use under this Agreement. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Agency shall not be liable for any injury in any manner <br /> <br />and to any extent that a student or faculty member of the College <br /> <br />may suffer or sustain in the normal conduct of teaching or re- <br /> <br />ceiving training at the Agency's facilities or in an Agency <br /> <br />member's automobile under this Agreement. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />College agrees to indemnify and hold harmless City from all <br /> <br />damages, claims, losses, demands, suits, judgments, costs, in- <br />
