<br />I <br /> <br />11. Retrieval Requests <br /> <br />You must, at our request, provide copies of Transaction Receipts or other <br />records supporting POS Transactions to us or to our designated processing agent <br />as follows. <br /> <br />11.1 You will accept retrieval requests from us by a delivery method of our <br />choice. <br /> <br />11.2 Retrieval requests will include your service account number, the dollar <br />amount according to our records and the date of the POS Transaction. <br />Unless otherwise requested, you must deliver copies of the original <br />Transaction Receipt to us or our designated processing agent within the <br />time specified on the retrieval request. <br /> <br />(I <br /> <br />11.3 You will be liable for, and we will have the right to reverse from your <br />Deposit Account, the amount of any POS Transaction that becomes a <br />dispute for non-receipt of a requested item, as a result of your failure to <br />respond to our retrieval request in the required time. You must be able to <br />provide proof of delivery of copies to us. You will be liable for <br />transactions for which you elect not to retain copies ofPOS Transaction <br />Receipt, and thus are unable to respond to a retrieval request. <br /> <br />11.4 If you have more than one location, you must, upon execution of this <br />Agreement, notify us of the location designated by you as the central <br />location to which we will send retrieval requests. If you do not, we may <br />send retrieval requests to any of your locations. You will give us 30 days' <br />prior notice of any change of your central location. <br /> <br />12. Your Security Procedures <br /> <br />You will take responsible security precautions to prevent unauthorized or <br />fraudulent use of the Bank System and the Electronic Check Service by you, <br />your employees, agents, customers or Consumers. We may, but are not required <br />to, assign to you one or more identification numbers and passwords for your use <br />with the Electronic Check Service. In the event such identification number(s) or <br />password(s) have been assigned and validated, the use and confidentiality of <br />such number(s) and password(s) is your sole responsibility. We do not assume <br />any responsibility to discover any possible breach of your security. You will <br />notify us immediately if you discover any breach of the Bank System. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />
