<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.3.4 Environmental Investigation (Phase 3 only) - The Engineer's services for this effort <br />cannot be adequately defined until preliminary engineering is underway. Both parties anticipate <br />that, at a minimum, some initial coordination with U.S. Fish and Wildlife ("USFW") will be <br />required related to the pedestrian bridge project to comply with Section 7 of the Federal <br />Endangered Species Act. For the purposes of this Agreement, the fee estimate is based upon an <br />allowance of $2,000 for initial environmental coordination only. <br /> <br />1.3.5 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work and provide weekly Project progress reports to the City and Engineer's <br />sub consultants as necessary. <br /> <br />1.3.6 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, right of way <br />issues, traffic control, utility Engineering, ADA compliance, permitting, and other services as <br />previously approved. <br /> <br />1.3.7 Assist the City in the preparation of construction contract documents using City forms <br />based on the approved design development documents and any further adjustments authorized <br />by the City in the scope, quality or budget of the Project including review and editing of the <br />City's standard front-end documents These contract documents will include detailed plans and <br />technical specifications required for the Project to be accurately bid and efficiently constructed. <br />For the purposes of this Agreement, the Engineer will prepare three separate sets of plans <br />(Microstation Format), with the following drawing sheets: <br /> <br />A. Staples Road (Phase 1) <br />1) Cover Sheet <br />2) Note Sheet <br />3) Staples Road Plan Sheets at 1 "=50' (2) <br />4) Erosion and Sedimentation Control Sheets (1) <br />5) Miscellaneous Detail Sheets (2) <br />6) TCP Plan (1) <br />7) TCP TxDOT Standard Sheets (8-10) <br /> <br />B.
