<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.2.11.3 The Contract Documents will be consistent in all material respects with Project <br />Architect's prior design proposals to City and with the approved Guaranteed Maximum <br />Price proposal prepared by the Contractor. <br /> <br />1.2.11.4 The Project Architect will work with the Contractor to advise the Owner Representative <br />regarding construction phasing and scheduling, the construction contract time period, and <br />such other construction conditions considered appropriate for the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.11.5 The Project Architect will assist and advise the Owner Representative in connection <br />with the City's responsibility and procedures for obtaining approval of authorities having <br />jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.11.6 Obtain approval from City Building Inspections Department of all technical plans and <br />specifications necessary for successful completion of the Project prior to allowing the <br />construction contract to be let for bid. <br /> <br />1.2.11.7 The Project Architect will furnish and deliver to the Owner Representative the number <br />of complete printed sets of contract documents as required. <br /> <br />1.2.11.8 Following the Owner Representative's approval of the Contract Documents, Project <br />Architect will deliver to the Owner Representative Computer-aided Design and Drafting <br />("CADD") system copies of the Contract Documents in the format and media specified <br />by mutual agreement of the Project Architect and the Owner Representative. The City is <br />aware that differences may exist between the electronic files delivered and the printed <br />hard-copy construction documents. In the event of a conflict between the signed <br />construction documents prepared by the Project Architect and electronic files, the signed <br />hard-copy construction documents shall govern. All such electronic files will be subJect <br />to Section 7.01 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.2.11.9 Following the Owner Representative's approval of the Contract Documents, Project <br />Architect will not be entitled to any adjustment in the approved Project Construction Cost <br />except for changes in Project scope or quality which materially increase or decrease the <br />cost to construct the Project that are ordered by the Owner Representative in writing in <br />accordance with the Uniform General and Supplementary General Conditions. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Construction Phase will be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a Notice to <br />Proceed issued by City after approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and will <br />continue until Final Completion of all Work. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap <br />Construction Phase Services. Contractor will not incur any subcontractor costs for construction <br />of the Work prior to issuance by the Owner Representative of written authorization to commence <br />such Work.
