The total number of
inspectIons will not exceed 32, and the frequency of inspections will be subject to approval of
the Owner Representative. Compensation of the Project Architect for on-site inspections will be
on a per-inspection basis. On the basis of such on-site inspections by the Project Architect, the
Project Architect will keep the Owner Representative informed of the progress and quality of the
work through written status reports and through meetings with the City's representative; and will
also be reasonably available to perform site visitations at the specific request of the Owner
Representative by the next business day after a request is made.

1.3.4 In addition to site visits for general inspection and observation, the Project Architect
will visit the site for specific purposes related to certification of progress payments, start-up or
mock-up reviews for significant work activities and for formal inspections of the Work. The
Project Architect will provide written reports of all site visits to the Owner Representative and
the Contractor within three business days.

1.3.5 The Project Architect will conform to the Contractor's numbering and tracking
system for all project records, including changes, requests for information, submittals, and
supplementary instructions and will provide updated records at each meeting of the Project
Team, and when requested by the Owner Representative.

1.3.6 The Project Architect will participate in all regular progress and special meetings
scheduled by the Owner Representative.
