<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />subcontractors to the Project Architect: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />(6) <br /> <br />Structural Engineering Services <br />Mechanical Engineering Services <br />Landscape Architectural Services <br />Electrical Engineering Services <br />Interior Design Services <br />Geotechnical Testing (Preconstruction Phase - City to separately contract for <br />construction materials testing during Construction Phase) <br />Civil Engineering Services <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />1.1.6 The performance of all services by the Project Architect in connection with this <br />Agreement will be by persons appropriately licensed or registered under State, local and Federal <br />laws governing their respective consulting disciplines. The Project Architect will perform all <br />services specifically allocated to it in this Agreement and in the Construction Contract <br />Documents (the "Contract Documents") for the Project, as well as those services reasonably <br />inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for completion of the Project. In <br />performing all services under this Agreement, the Project Architect will meet the professional <br />standards of care ordinarily exercised for similar projects by professional architectural firms in <br />the types of services involved under this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.7 The Project Architect will furnish Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction <br />Phase Services in an expeditious and economical manner, consistent with sound professional <br />practices, and in accordance with the Project Schedule. The Project Architect will assist the <br />Contractor in preparing the CPM Milestone Schedule. <br /> <br />1.1.8 No work under this Agreement will be subcontracted by the Project Architect without <br />prior written approval from the City. Any work or services subcontracted under this Agreement <br />will be specified by separate written Agreement and will be subject to each provision of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.9 Any provISIOns in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Project Architect and/or its subconsultants, <br />contractors, and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Project <br />Architect's responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.10 Project Architect will perform all of its services in coordination with the City through the <br />Owner Representative. The Project Architect will advise the City of data and information the <br />Project Architect needs to perform its services, and the Project Architect will meet with City <br />representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. <br /> <br />1.1.11 Project Architect will attend and participate in one partnering session with the City for <br />each phase ofthe Project. <br /> <br />1.1.12 Project Architect will also identify any consultants that will be performing services for <br />the Project. After execution of this Agreement by the City, Project Architect will not remove or <br /> <br />2 <br />
