I I I subcontractors to the Project Architect: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) Structural Engineering Services Mechanical Engineering Services Landscape Architectural Services Electrical Engineering Services Interior Design Services Geotechnical Testing (Preconstruction Phase - City to separately contract for construction materials testing during Construction Phase) Civil Engineering Services (7) 1.1.6 The performance of all services by the Project Architect in connection with this Agreement will be by persons appropriately licensed or registered under State, local and Federal laws governing their respective consulting disciplines. The Project Architect will perform all services specifically allocated to it in this Agreement and in the Construction Contract Documents (the "Contract Documents") for the Project, as well as those services reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for completion of the Project. In performing all services under this Agreement, the Project Architect will meet the professional standards of care ordinarily exercised for similar projects by professional architectural firms in the types of services involved under this Agreement. 1.1.7 The Project Architect will furnish Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services in an expeditious and economical manner, consistent with sound professional practices, and in accordance with the Project Schedule. The Project Architect will assist the Contractor in preparing the CPM Milestone Schedule. 1.1.8 No work under this Agreement will be subcontracted by the Project Architect without prior written approval from the City. Any work or services subcontracted under this Agreement will be specified by separate written Agreement and will be subject to each provision of this Agreement. 1.1.9 Any provISIOns in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or acceptance of written materials prepared by the Project Architect and/or its subconsultants, contractors, and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Project Architect's responsibility for the materials. 1.1.10 Project Architect will perform all of its services in coordination with the City through the Owner Representative. The Project Architect will advise the City of data and information the Project Architect needs to perform its services, and the Project Architect will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. 1.1.11 Project Architect will attend and participate in one partnering session with the City for each phase ofthe Project. 1.1.12 Project Architect will also identify any consultants that will be performing services for the Project.
