One reproducible copy of the existing sewer system showing sewer lines and manholes. <br /> <br />2. Lift Station data including recording drawings, pumps and pump operation information. <br /> <br />3. Liaison with City of San Marcos officials to provide effective coordination and cooperation <br /> between the fire, police, utility departments and GSWW, as necessary during execution of <br /> field operations. <br /> <br />4. Access to manholes and lift stations. <br /> <br />5. Assistance by City of San Marcos personnel, knowledgeable of manhole and cleanout <br /> locations, in locating buried or hidden manholes or cleanouts. <br /> <br />6. Population and water consumption data for the study area (if available). <br /> <br />7. Cleaning of wastewater lines as needed for flow metering. <br /> <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The work will be initiated within two weeks of the receipt of Authorization to Proceed, and is <br />estimated to be completed within three (3) months, unless the flow monitoring period is extended <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED <br /> <br />The completion of the proposed work shall be contingent upon receipt of Authorization to Proceed <br />by the ENGINEER and a signed copy of this proposal. <br /> <br />GUTIERREZ, SMOUSE, WILMUT & ASSOC., INC. <br /> <br />Charles G.
