I. 1.6 The Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the Engineer <br />will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and <br />information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.i Proiect Team. Designate Jim Meara, P.E., Charles Wilmut, P.E., Leigh Cerda. P.E. and <br />David Koberlein, P.E. as its representatives who are responsible for the principal features of the <br />Wastewater Master Plan. The Engineer agrees to obtain the prior approval of the City for any change <br />in these designated representatives. <br /> <br />1.2.2. Progress Meetings and Reports. Attend up to three status meetings with the City during a <br />60 day flow monitoring period. The Engineer will also prepare and submit to the City up to three <br />monthly status reports inclusive of Project progress, upconfing milestones, issues and their <br />resolutions, along with necessary graphics and related supporting information; maintain an "issues <br />list" on an ongoing basis along with the critical path, the responsible pax~y, and the resolntion to the <br />issues; and coordinate Project issues with City staff as necessary by either telephone or email. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Invoices/Payment Requisitions: Prepare and submit monthly invoices in the format <br />prescribed bythe City. Payment requisitions will include an updated project schedule and the City's <br />payment application form. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Deliverables (hardcopv and electronic format): Deliver monthly status reports and invoices; <br />project schedtfle with updates including critical path summary, and an "issues list" to include the <br />identification of the responsible party. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2- FLOW MONITORING <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Conduct flow monitoring and data reporting in accordance with the proposal fi'om GSWW, <br />Inc. attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Install data loggers at five lift stations. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Perform influent flow rate analysis using pump cycle times and pumping rate infbrmation. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Downloaddataloggersatonetotwoweekimervalsdependingonrainfhll. TheEngineerwill <br />reduce the data to flow tables and charts. If data on actual pmuping rates is not available fi'om the <br />City, the Engineer will conduct the tests to determine pumping rates. <br /> <br />PBS&J.wpd 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
